6-Week Yoga Courses
A six-week programme with
one class per week.
Each 6-week yoga course has a strong emphasis on the fundamentals, including breathwork, yoga flow, and relaxation techniques. Every 6 weeks a new course will explore a specific theme, focusing on a particular area or aspect of the body. These classes blend dynamic sequences tailored to the theme of each course. This approach keeps the practice engaging while helping you build strength, flexibility, mobility, and a solid foundation.

6-week course: €60 (prepaid) or €15 (pay-as-you-go), subject

Location: St Joseph's Church Hall, Glanmire T45 TW72 - Ample parking
