Welcome, I’m Sarah.
I’ve been sharing yoga in Glanmire, County Cork—creating a gentle space where movement, breath, and stillness come together to support everyday life.
My journey began with a 200-hour Hatha Yoga training in Cork, and later deepened through time spent in Southern India, where I lived in ashram life and completed a 300-hour advanced training in Raja Yoga.
Sarah, Trinity Flow Yoga
The yoga I share today blends the ancient paths of Hatha and Raja Yoga — where breath meets awareness, and the body becomes a place to slow down and come back to yourself.
Hatha Yoga, drawn from “Ha” (sun) and “Tha” (moon), honours the dance of polarities — masculine and feminine, effort and ease — awakening the third force: The Trinity, a symbol of balance, wholeness, and unity. Raja Yoga —works deeply with the glands and nervous system, using structured flows of movement and breath to awaken the subtle body, balance the endocrine system, and create profound mental clarity and emotional stability.
Yoga has been a healing path for me—especially in recovering from spinal injuries—and it continues to teach me how to listen deeply to the body’s wisdom. That’s what I hope to offer you, too.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, I welcome you to my classes in Glanmire — and to upcoming Chakra workshops designed to awaken energy, insight, and flow.
TRINITY FLOW
YOGA PHILOSOPHY:
Connecting polarities to bring harmony and balance.
The concept of the Trinity and the Vesica Piscis symbolise the balance and harmony achieved through the union of opposing forces.
The Trinity represents wholeness, unity, and the interplay of three energies: mind, body, and spirit. It also reflects the balance between masculine and feminine energies – the active "Ha" (Sun) and the receptive "Tha" (Moon) – which are central to Hatha Yoga practice. When these polarities are in harmony, they create a third energy, representing a state of balance and completeness within us.
The Vesica Piscis, the sacred geometric shape formed by the intersection of two circles, symbolises the union of opposites and the creation of new possibilities. This shape can be seen as a representation of the connection between polarities – strength and flexibility, effort and ease, movement and stillness – and the space of balance and transformation that exists between them.
Through yoga, we work to balance these polarities within the body, mind, and spirit - creating harmony and opening awareness to the interconnectedness of all things. By tuning into the flow of life force energy, we align ourselves with the universal principles of unity and balance, represented by the Trinity and Vesica Piscis. This connection allows us to experience a deeper sense of wholeness and inner peace.
Breath the Trinity move with flow. Not effort, not performance, flow.
